Corporate social responsibility (CSR) is a self-regulating business model that helps a company be socially accountable to itself, its stakeholders, and the public. Companies can be conscious of the kind of impact they are having on all aspects of society, including economic, social, and environmental. For a company to be socially responsible, it first needs to be accountable to itself and its shareholders. Companies that adopt CSR programs have often grown their business to the point where they can give back to society. Thus, CSR is typically a strategy that’s implemented by large corporations. After all, the more visible and successful a corporation is, the more responsibility it has to set standards of ethical behaviour for its peers, competition, and industry.

DEV Group philosophy is Bettering Lives for people. Based on this brand, we established a trust named DEVADAAN to do meaningful CSR initiatives to create a better environment for people. Our CSR programmes are aimed at eradicating hunger, providing healthcare to underprivileged section of society & welfare of Armed forces & their dependents. We will continue to enhance people’s life through various programmes.
Working Together to End Hunger
The organisation strives to bring happiness on the faces of the underprivileged by providing them with surplus food from hotels and restaurants. Their aim is to have no single person on the road sleeping without a single day meal. Basically, combat the problem of hunger. Once they collect the food, they pack them and distribute the food among the needy, shelter homes, orphanages, etc.
Education
The company contributed to the CSR by contributing towards the School Education Program through Enrolment awareness programs/events and scholarship (merit and need based assistance). Construction of Public Library for urban communities; Provided Rehabilitation Services for quality Education and better Care of the Hearing – Impaired and differently abled Children.The company has supported the rejuvenation and maintenance of many Government Schools in order to improve the infrastructure and provide a pleasant learning environment to children.
Empowerment
Development of any nation can be seen just by seeing how empowered the women are in that nation. DEV Group wants to empower the women and stand with them in facing all the obstacles in life strongly. Over the years we have done our efforts in the areas of girl child education, provision of safe shelters, making them skilled and economically self-sufficient. With the help of “DEVADAAN FOUNDATION”, it has been able to provide training and deployment to many unemployed youth and women to become financially stable and independent.
